Monitoring

We are pleased to report that the increased latency observed in our European data center has been resolved. System performance has returned to normal levels, and we expect this will correct any recent issues with TMS calculations.

Our team continues to work diligently with our infrastructure partner to resolve the primary issue affecting our US data center. Restoring full service remains our highest priority.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Update

We are now observing increased latency throughout our European data center, which is currently handling traffic due to the ongoing US data center issue. This new development potentially impacts mileage server calls for the TMS products. Our engineers are actively investigating, and we will provide another update as soon as possible.

This is in addition to the primary issue affecting our US data center, which our team continues to work on with our infrastructure partner.

Restoring full service remains our highest priority. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to resolve these issues.

Update

Our team continues to work diligently with our infrastructure partner to resolve the issue affecting our US data center.

Traffic remains routed through our European data center. While core services are stable, this is might cause increased latency due to data center location.

NOTE: Currently our Trip Management API is experiencing an outage starting at 3:10PM ET on 10/20/25 due to remaining issues with the infrastructure partner.

We are monitoring all systems closely. To ensure a smooth transition, we will only redirect traffic back to the US data center after we have confirmed the environment is 100% stable for a sustained period. Restoring full service remains our highest priority, and we will provide another update as soon as more information is available. Thank you for your continued patience.

Update

Our team continues to work diligently with our infrastructure partner to resolve the issue affecting our US data center.

Traffic remains routed through our European data center, which may cause slower response times for some users and a service disruption affecting user logins. We are monitoring the stability of all services.

Update

We are currently addressing reports of increased latency and stability for some customers using the Trimble Web Services APIs and a service disruption affecting user logins and other key features. The issue continues to be within one of our third-party hosted data centers.

To ensure service stability, we have temporarily routed all traffic to our European data center. While all services are fully operational, this may cause slower response times for users in other regions.

Our team is working closely with our infrastructure partner to restore traffic to our US data center as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as we have more information. If you require immediate assistance, please contact our Support Team.
