Incident Report for Trimble MAPS

Resolved

Starting at 05:30 EDT (10:30 BST), Trimble internal alerts identified latency in some routing requests received via our PCMiler Web Services APIs.

The Trimble engineering team immediately responded and resolved the issue by 06:15 EDT (11:15 BST). The service continues to be closely monitored, and we do not expect any recurrence.

Further investigations will take place to identify future improvements.
