The Trimble engineering team will be performing a brief database indexing update to optimize system performance across our core tracking services. This maintenance is scheduled for off-hours and is expected to take less than one hour to complete.
Scheduled Window: Sunday, June 21, 2026, 7:00 PM ET – 8:00 PM ET (Monday, June 22, 2026, 12:00 AM BST – 1:00 AM BST)
Affected Module: Trip Management
Expected Impact: During this window, users may experience temporary downtime or delays specifically when attempting to retrieve historical GPS tracking data for canceled and completed trips within Trip Management.
Unchanged Services: Active in-flight trips, live tracking updates, and routing/map calculations will continue to function normally without any interruption.
